Suitable for adults of varying abilities\, this class will leave you feeling more flexible\, toned\, and connected with yourself and the Ocean.The Gentle Hatha sessions will give you the chance to energise your body\, whilst bringing a sense of deep inner calm and serenity to your mind.  \n\n\n\nThis practice is open-level and will include sequences of poses designed to build strength\, stamina and stability\, encourage flexibility & focus\, and help find a harmonious balance through body\, mind and soul. Options and variations are always offered make you feel empowered to move in a way that is best for your own body.
