A talk on marine microbes by Carol Robinson

Marine microbes are a big player in producing hundreds of billions of tonnes of carbon dioxide every year, whilst absorbing oxygen and degrading materials.
It’s important to know how marine microbe respiration and ocean carbon storage may change during climate change.
PlyMSEF (Plymouth Marine Science and Education Foundation) is hosting a lecture by Carol Robinson where she will be deep-diving into the challenges and potential solutions to measuring how much the ocean breathes.
