Looking for the perfect adventure in Plymouth Sound? Join us on one of our boat trips to explore the UK’s first National Marine Park! Our boat trips offer a unique and enriching experience unlike any other, where you’ll gain a deeper understanding of marine life and conservation efforts.

Join the Ocean Conservation Trusts’ Marine Biologists and learn about the importance of seagrass meadows, encounter fascinating local marine species such as Spider crabs and Starfish, and participate in a plankton trawl to observe these tiny creatures under a microscope Additionally, delve into the rich history and natural beauty of Plymouth’s stunning harbour.

The Boat trips depart on selected dates at 10:30am, from the historic Barbican (from the Barbican landing stage). Meet the Ocean Discovery Rangers outside the Aquarium at 10am, then head over to the Silver Crest, where our crew will take you for an hour’s adventure on the waves. They have a total capacity of 35 on our Boat Trips!
