Sea Watch Saturday At Wembury
March 2 @ 8:30 am – 10:30 am
Join Devon Wildlife Trust’s Marine Engagement team for exciting monthly sea watches at Wembury Point! Explore Devon’s vibrant marine life every first Saturday.
Learn alongside passionate volunteers and expert Paul Burley as we uncover the secrets of cetaceans and sea birds along the shoreline. Delve into their behavior and intriguing lives at sea.
Participate in gathering vital data for ‘Seaquest Southwest,’ a Cornwall Wildlife Trust citizen science initiative. Engage with the marine world, contribute to marine wildlife data, and support the conservation of these species.
This free event welcomes all with an interest in the sea (donations to Devon Wildlife Trust appreciated). All you need are quality binoculars or a telescope. Don’t forget to bring snacks, drinks, a camping chair, and weather-appropriate attire!
Please note:
