SUP Yoga – Royal William Yard

SUP Yoga is a great way of improving your core strength while completely immersing yourself in nature to improve your practice. It allows you to naturally listen to your body and respond to the movements of the board – so you become truly present in the moment.
You’ll be doing headstands on your board in no time (maybe!)
