Terms of Submission

You can now enter your event directly onto the Plymouth Sound National Marine Park website free of charge by completing and submitting the event submission form.

Your record will then be stored in our database, verified and, if appropriate, made live on the website. We aim to make events live within 72 hours of submission. 

Before you submit your event, please ensure you have read the following:
•	Plymouth Sound National Marine Park is not obliged to list events submitted here and reserves the right to edit or decline any event.
•	Any events that enter the water as part of their activity must have completed a Water Event Information Document (WEID) which can be found on this link:

•	If we feel your event is not relevant to the National Marine Park it will not be added.
•	Events must occur at a venue or location within Plymouth or the nearby surrounding area if relevant to the National Marine Park.
•	Forms submitted without an image will be declined.
•	For best results when uploading an image please make sure it is in a landscape format.
•	You will be unable to update your event yourself once the form has been submitted, so please contact us with any amendments.
