Social paddles are open to everyone with SUP experience. But South West SUP asks that before you book a Thursday 7 am paddle you come to a different day first as Thursday mornings are a much faster paddle and need to finish bang on 8 am so everyone can shoot for work.
£20 or 1 session pass (session pass from £8 per session!)
