Hear the stories from the 25 year career of Scientific Diver Dr Kieran Fraser.

Dr Fraser has had a career that has spanned fieldwork ranging from Antarctica to the Arctic and many places in between. He gained a BSc from the University of North Wales in Marine Biology and Zoology before undertaking a PhD in the University of Aberdeen on protein metabolism.

After graduating, he worked for the British Antarctic Survey for the next 10 years as a Marine Ecophysiologist, Base Commander and Field Diving Officer. During this period Keiron spent 2.5 years living in the Antarctic and also worked in Svalbard.

For the following 6 years Keiron worked for the Government of South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands as a Government Officer and Operations Manager, managing fisheries, a fisheries patrol vessel, tourism and large environmental projects, including helping manage the largest rat eradication in the World.
