About

Join us for two days of celebrating Turnchapel History! Taking place in Plymstock Library, we will showcase the varied history that has made Turnchapel what it is today. The exhibition will include our Turnchapel history film, deeds, maps, photos, recollections and activities for all the family.

From the earliest known deed in 1636, Turnchapel has many stories to tell, from dangerous sea pilot rescues to its Titanic connections. Hear about the ship building, quarrying and the evolution of the village. A free event to which everyone is welcome.
