‘The Ocean Conservation Trust at the National Marine Aquarium is looking for an enthusiastic Head Chef to join our team. There are two main aspects to the role, running our 7 day a week café and providing top quality catering for corporate, evening and fine dining events. We are looking for someone with experience both in high-volume outlets as well as high-quality events and banqueting. You will have at least 2 years’ experience as a Head Chef. This is a hands-on Head Chef role and would suit an individual with a passion for sustainable produce.’
