About
Join us on a gentle stroll through Kinterbury creek! Take in the summer songbirds chorus and spot blackbirds, thrush, great tits and more as we guide you down the creek. We will take a refreshment break once we arrive at the creek! Some binoculars are provided but we recommend you to bring your own if you have them.
Kinterbury creek is a county wildlife site, a beautiful area home to ecologically important and rare habitats and species. The great mudflats support the graceful wading birds, the pockets of rocky shore provide home to all manor of creatures and the saltmarsh are home to many Devon notable plants. Situated between St. Budeaux and Barne Barton, it is one of Plymouths many hidden gems.
What to bring:
Waterproof Jacket,
Suitable footwear (the path could be wet and muddy),
A drink or a snack,
Binoculars (if you have them).

Approx. 3km (can be adjusted depending on the group).
