About the role

The Senior Project Manager will be a critical role for the project and will own the delivery of key areas of project to ensure its overall success.  The successful candidate will be responsible for both delivery and financial planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure of multiple elements across the programme from capital to engagement.
 
We are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic and aspirational individual who wishes to be part of a passionate team, who will ultimately be delivering the UK’s first National Marine Park and helping to set out a blueprint for parks of the future.  The programme aim is to help reconnect people to the sea so that they can experience the wonderful cultural and natural heritage of PSNMP, discover and learn more about it and ultimately change behaviours to act to protect it.
 
Working arrangements will involve working from hot desk and meeting space at the Council’s offices at Ballard House with the rest of the team, there is also the ability to work from other locations when required, including home as appropriate.
 
This role is suitable for flexible working subject to the needs of the service.
